GI/GL Product Lines:
From 2005, the annual output of 100,000 tons of hot dip galvanized & galvalume steel production lines put into operation, the production lines adopt electric control system, have advanced orthotic devices, air knife module and finishing equipment. The products are widely used in home appliances, automobiles, office machines, steel products, furniture, building and so on.
Prepainted Product Line:
For prepainted product, we have three lines, one old and two new with output of 1,200MT per day, and 360,000 MT capacity every year. We also specialized in double side colored with advanced technique. Not only the quality but also the finish and color adherence can be well guaranteed.
PACKING AND SHIPPING:
Mill standard export seaworthy package with inner sleeve and with 4 eye bands 3 circumferential bands in steel,galvanized metal fluted rings on inner and outer edges,galvanized metal & water proof paper wall protection disk around circumferences.
